You are invited to the Office of School-Based Health Programs Informational Webinar Series. Join us September 4th, 2:00 – 4:00 for “Together in Conversation, Together in Hope”, a suicide awareness webinar for K–12 school communities. Learn to recognize warning signs, engage in supportive, stigma-free conversations, and create a connected, caring environment that promotes student well-being and early intervention.
Objectives:
Increase Awareness and Understanding: Equip school communities with knowledge of risk factors, warning signs, and protective factors related to youth suicide
Strengthen Communication and Intervention Skills: Build confidence in initiating supportive, stigma-free conversations with students, faculty, staff, and families.
Foster a Culture of Connection and Support: Promote schoolwide strategies to encourage connection, well-being, and early intervention.
