Postvention: Responding Effectively to Suicide Deaths

This interactive virtual workshop will support your district/charter to be prepared to respond effectively after a suicide death. Attendees will be instructed on best practices including:

· supporting students and staff

· communication strategies

· managing memorials

Training will cover current best practices, strategies, and resources to develop or update postvention protocols. Content will support districts/charters to meet the requirements of Ed. Code 215.
