For the June OSP Community of Practice Quarterly Meeting, we will focus on the Youth Suicide Reporting and Crisis Response Pilot Program, which has been developing systems to rapidly report and comprehensively respond to youth suicides and suicide attempts in school and community settings. We will feature two counties: San Diego County, sharing their activities working with Community Health Workers (CHWs) in the crisis response realm and San Joaquin County, highlighting their coordinated multidisciplinary response effort between first responders, school personnel, and direct service providers known as Project FOCUS.
