In order to earn the CE credit\, participants must complete all activities\, pass the final quiz by answering at least 70% of the questions correctly\, and complete an unscored course evaluation.\nThe planners\, faculty\, and other individuals in control of content of this course have no relevant financial relationships with ineligible companies to disclose.\nThis activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of California Medical Association (CMA) and the BulletPoints Project.
